Holly Neber is CEO of AEI Consultants. AEI provides real property insights and solutions internationally through environmental and property condition assessments, health and safety consulting, building performance evaluations, remediation and corrective action, and construction risk management. Holly has worked in consulting since 1996, serving with AEI since 1999. Holly is President-Elect of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Network, Past President (2014) of CREW East Bay, Vice President of the National Engineering and Environmental Due Diligence Association (NEEDDA), and chairs the News Task Group as an affiliate member of the Environmental Bankers Association (EBA). Holly was named among RealShare’s California Women of Influence in 2015 and Bisnow’s Bay Area Power Women in 2016 and 2017.


Bryan Hogan

Bryan Hogan,

Vice President at AEI Consultants

Since joining AEI in 2007, Bryan has been working with a diverse client base including banks; life insurance, CMBS and bridge lenders; investors; special servicers; and attorney clients. His primary roles are related to client satisfaction, working with a team of engineers and environmental professionals to assist clients to make sound risk decisions on due diligence projects ranging from single tenant to multi-family, retail and industrial sites.

He serves clients involved with straightforward financing of single-site deals to large-scale, complex portfolio transactions. Bryan is also responsible for the development of new business relationships. Bryan facilitates successful completion and delivery of environmental site assessments, debt and equity property condition assessments, construction monitoring, energy reports, zoning reports, ALTA Surveys and the industrial hygiene needs of the commercial, multifamily, retail, industrial and office real estate industry. Bryan earned his BS in International Business from Florida Atlantic University and is a member of the ICSC and MBA. Bryan spends as much time as possible with his two boys and enjoys surfing, snowboarding, stand up paddling and soccer.
