Carl Streck is co-founder and CEO of MountainSeed and spends his time fulfilling the mission of providing opportunity and helping people thrive using their God-given abilities.

Professionally, Carl is passionate about enabling predictable growth in companies that have amazing products and services, and has a history of doing so in a variety of industries.

He has worked directly with everyone from money management firms, including Angelo, Gordon & Co., Citi Group, Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, SAC Capital, Anchorage Capital, Blackrock, and others to community and regional banks and credit unions. He has also helped some of the fastest growing business in the world realize success.

Carl is also actively involved in many business and community organizations that support orphans and homelessness.

He also has served on the executive team for the real estate network of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and on the board of the Southern 7 Chapter of YPO.

Carl lives in Atlanta with his wife and six children and any number of foster children. With them is where life is really lived.

Susan leads MountainSeed’s Finance, People and IT operations. She is a graduate of Emory University and a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to MountainSeed, Susan was Corporate Accounting Manager at Moore Colson, one of the Southeast’s leading accounting firms. Before that, she held key financial operations roles in a variety of fast-growth, private and public companies. Susan is a member of Chief, a network focused on connecting and supporting women executive leaders. An avid tennis player, Susan lives in Atlanta with her husband and has two adult children.

Patrick is an accomplished organizational sales leader with deep experience in driving high revenue growth focused on solving complex problems that customers face within the selling cycle. He possesses a history of building, developing, and scaling successful sales and client success teams. He is currently the Chief Revenue Officer for MountainSeed, and has led the company’s growth effort averaging annual top-line growth of over 40% on a year-over-year basis since 2019. Previously, Patrick had a successful period working in capital markets where he raised nearly $1.5B in debt funding for a Fintech. He was also involved with the purchase and sale of an additional $1B in securities during his time in capital markets. Patrick loves swimming and following Formula One. However, the majority of his time is spent with his active four-year-old daughter who doesn’t lose her smile. His wife and daughter have always been his top priority and he is thankful to have such a loving family.
